Flexitol Hand Balm is medically proven to provide effective, long lasting moisturisation and rapid hydration for very dry hands, including very dry skin associated with mild dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.


  • Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12 years.
  • Wash and dry hands before use.
  • Gently massage into hands two or three times a day, as necessary.
  • Always replace the cap after each use.


Do not use if tube seal is broken or appears tampered with at first use.

Used regularly, Flexitol Hand Balm has been shown to significantly increase the moisture levels in the skin. Suitable for daily use as part of a regular hand care routine, as well as very dry hands caused by dermatitis or eczema. Flexitol Hand Balm should be gently massaged into the hands 2 – 3 times a day or as required.

Flexitol 10% Urea Cream has been formulated for the relief of rough, dry and anhidrotic skin conditions. It contains 10% Urea in a blend of emollients and skin conditioning agents to provide moisturisation and hydration.

The Magic of Urea

Urea is a major constituent of the skin's Natural Moisturising Factor, which improves hydration by increasing the water uptake from the dermis. It enhances the skin's ability to retain water and reduces water loss from the skin and improves the amount of water the skin can hold. For people whose skin lacks the natural moisturising factor, a product containing Urea can be used to replicate this hydration process.
